Refund policy

We do not accept returns. Exchanges may be approved for a different size only. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. An image of the product must be provided for approval before sending it back with in 14 days.

Once the item is received by us, it will be inspected and we will confirm whether it meets exchange eligibility.

Skateboard Decks must have the shrink wrap fully intact, with no holes, tears, or damage of any kind. We reserve the right to deny any exchange request at our discretion.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
