Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection covers your order against problems that happen in transit. Add it at checkout for a flat $4.50 per order.

What it covers

  • Loss — your package goes missing on the way to you.
  • Damage — your order arrives damaged.
  • Theft — your package is stolen before it is marked delivered.
  • Delay or misdelivery — the carrier sends it to the wrong place or it is badly delayed.

What it does not cover

  • Theft after the package is marked delivered (porch piracy).
  • Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided.
  • Cash, gift cards, or items not purchased from Question Skateboards.

Good to know

  • Every order already includes $100 of coverage for free. Shipping Protection extends that to your full order value.
  • Approved claims are made right with a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

How to file a claim

Email contactquestionskateboards@gmail.com with your order number — and a photo if it arrived damaged — within 30 days of the delivery date and we will sort it out fast.
