Dealer Terms

3 decks per order, any mix of graphics and sizes.

Invoices are paid by credit card, due on receipt, before the order ships.

$15 flat (UPS or FedEx), free on orders of 10+ decks. Orders ship within 1 business day of payment.

30 days from delivery on manufacturing defects, including:

• Delamination (plies separating)
• Crack or chip present on arrival with no damage to the box
• Warped or bowed deck (not flat)

Email a photo of the defect within 30 days — we’ll ship a free replacement on your next order. No returns needed, a photo is enough.

Shipping damage is not covered by this warranty — that’s the carrier’s responsibility, not ours. Shipping damage means the box arrived crushed, torn, or visibly impacted, or the deck is broken / snapped in a way that lines up with that damage. If your package looks damaged, photograph the box before opening it, then file a claim with UPS or FedEx — we’ll help with documentation if you need it.
