Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship decks only to North America due to high shipping costs.
We ship our clothing to Europe, North America, and South America. If we don’t currently ship clothing to your country, please email us to request adding your location.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped next day. If shipping is ever delayed, we will post updates on our Instagram Story.
Shipping typically takes:

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days
    (Shipping times may vary during drops and holidays.)

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS when available. If your shipping option did not include tracking, a tracking number will not be provided. If you believe this is an error, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP. Once it’s out the door, we can’t make changes.


Products & Sizing

How do your clothes fit?

Most items fit true to size unless otherwise noted on the product page. If you prefer an oversized look, consider sizing up. Visit our Instagram @question.skateboards to see on-model sizing examples.

Will items restock?

Some pieces are limited drops and won’t restock, but in some cases core items may come back.
Follow us on social media or join our SMS list for restock updates.

Do you offer complete setups?


We don’t offer complete setups at this time, but if this is something you’d like to see, please reach out to request it. We review every suggestion and reply to each one.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. Exchanges may be approved for a different size only. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. An image of the product must be provided for approval before sending it back.

Once the item is received by us, it will be inspected and we will confirm whether it meets exchange eligibility.

Skateboard Decks must have the shrink wrap fully intact, with no holes, tears, or damage of any kind. We reserve the right to deny any exchange request at our discretion.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Contact us through our email with your order number and what you’d like to return or swap. We’ll send instructions to complete your return.

Are returns free?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including exchanges for size swaps.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — all payments are encrypted and processed through secure platforms.


Drops & Limited Releases

How do your drops work?

When we drop new pieces, they’re usually limited in quantity.
Once they’re gone, they’re gone — unless we announce a restock.

How can I get early access?

Join our SMS waitlist and follow our social pages for early previews, drop dates, and exclusive deals.
